Did you know that you earn an annual bonus based on store performance and how long you've worked for Walmart? The longer you’ve been here, the bigger your potential bonus. Associates with at least one year of service can earn up to $350, and that amount gradually increases, up to $1,000 a year for those who've worked for Walmart 20 years or more.
This calculator will help you generate an unofficial estimate of your bonus. This is a conservative estimate, which assumes your store hits (but does not exceed) its performance goals. If you'd like, you can experiment with different store performance scenarios in the "Detailed Data" dropdown.
Your bonus is paid once a year, usually in March. And to qualify for your full bonus, you need to avoid serious (orange or red) disciplinary actions during the year.
When clocked in, you can find your store's data on your MyWalmart app home screen.
Hourly associates, if a store’s sales vs. plan is less than 100%, we deduct the same percentage from your bonus. If it’s greater than 100%, there’s no additional bonus.
Team leads, an asterisk (*) indicates your performance multiplier fields. This calculator bases its estimate on gross hourly earnings, assuming a 40-hour work week. Your actual eligible base salary/earnings may be lower due to time off, unpaid leave, taxes, garnishments, &c. These payroll adjustments can easily reduce your bonus-eligible earnings by 10–20%.
Please keep this in mind when using this tool, which produces an unofficial estimate of your bonus for informational purposes only. This should not be interpreted as an official Walmart payout amount.
